This pretty-in-pastels crib set is as charming as a nursery rhyme; fittingly, since that's what its design is all about. The Hey Diddle Diddle six-piece ensemble depicts characters and scenes from several Mother Goose nursery rhymes, including Humpty Dumpty, the Mouse and the Clock, and of course, Hey Diddle Diddle, the Cat and the Fiddle. The set is made of pastel panels of soft cotton and polyester blends, with 100-percent hypoallergenic polyester fill padding the comforter and the corded crib bumper. The all-cotton fitted sheet's simple pattern of pale green and white stripes serves as an accent on the comforter, bumper, valance, all-cotton skirt, and diaper stacker, all of which have backgrounds of the softest orange, blue, and green. Appliqued onto those pastel pieces are characters from the Mother Goose canon, including a fiddle-playing cat, a cow leaping a moon, a mouse atop a smiling clock, owls, sheep, Humpty Dumpty, and those eloping dish and spoon. All pieces in this endearing set are machine washable and dryable for easy care. The comforter measures 37 by 47 inches, sheet 28 by 52 by 8 inches, bumper 156 by 101/2 inches, skirt 28 by 52 by 14 inches, valance 90 by 14 inches, and stacker 12 by 9 by 25 inches. Imported.

Thankfully, I wanted to set everything up before she arrived because all of the items were too small for my crib. The plain white sheet didn't fit the mattress and crib bumper (which I didn't plan to use with my baby in the crib) didn't fit all the way around the crib. The items seemed to be decent quality but obviously in need of washing and ironing before use. I was disappointed the sheet was simply white and had no pattern at all.

DO NOT DO IT!!I have tried repeatedly to get these items since it did not come in the original shipment or in the replacement shipment.Amazon representatives are not helpful in this department and only could offer me a $10 promotional certificate.The product features is either a lie or Amazon just will not send me the missing items.Buy with caution.The crib set was adorable and very soft, I just hate that I can't have the items that the ad said I would receive and no one is helping me to correct the problem.Again, BUYER BEWARE!

(More customer reviews)I was eyeing this crib bedding set for a while. I wanted a gender neutral set that didn't feature safari/jungle animals and wasn't too busy. I also wanted a set that was softer as I've seen some really rough sets at stores. I looked for reviews on this particular set on various sites but I couldn't find any.

I decided to bite the bullet and order it anyways. Amazon delivered it within 2 days and I immediately ripped open the package to check the quality of the bedding. And while the bedding is very cute, the materials used (especially on the bumper and blanket) are extremely rough. I thought washing it would soften it up but it didn't.It held up well in the wash though, but the material didn't soften up even a bit.

Overall, the set is cute. I hope that with more washings, the materials soften up. I won't be using the window valance (doesn't fit my window) and diaper stacker though.

(More customer reviews)We purchased this set for our baby who is due in the fall.We love that it is gender-neutral and not to 'babyish' and that everything except the fill in the quilt is cotton.It is of good quality and all of the animal images are embroidered, not printed. Though it doesn't mention it in the description, all of the animals that are in color and all of the green trim is corduroy which is a really nice touch. You get a lot of pieces for the price.I do wish that the bumper was optional since bumpers are no longer recommended.
Sadly, the additional blankets that are shown (yellow with turtle, and the one with polka dots)are not available.I even called Pem America to ask about them and found that they have been discontinued.
The only thing keeping me from giving this set 5 stars is that the fitted sheet, while substantial, is quite stiff.I hope that it softens after several washings. other than that, we absolutely love the set!It is whimsical yet modern and just what we were looking for.
We bought the matching mobile and rug to complete the look.

(More customer reviews)I bought this bedding for my daughter after finding this set online.Online I thought this set looked adorable.When I received the set I was very disappointed by the quality of the bedding.The blanket is paper thin and the brown started to bleed into the pink when a little bit of my daughters milk dripped on it.

Over all, it looks cute, I guess.However if I were to see this set in person I never would have paid the money for it.
